Akdemy Teknoloji is a technology company headquartered in Nicosia, Northern Cyprus. We provide the Kolik platform to help organizations manage HR processes, including employee data, leave tracking, and payroll management.

Data We Process
Kolik processes information necessary for human resources operations. This includes, but is not limited to:
Full name, email address, and phone number
Employment details (position, department, contract information)
Attendance and leave records
Payroll and bank account details
We do not collect or process personal data for our own marketing or analytics purposes.
All data processed within Kolik belongs to the Client Organization, and Akdemy Teknoloji acts as a data processor on their behalf.
Purpose of Processing
Data processed in Kolik is used exclusively for organizational HR management, including:
Managing employee profiles, contracts, and attendance
Processing leave requests and approvals
Generating payroll and payment instructions
Providing technical support to client organizations

Use of Google User Data
Kolik integrates with Google Calendar to allow users to view, create, and manage calendar events directly within the Kolik platform. When you connect your Google Account, we request access to your Google Calendar data through the Google OAuth 2.0 process.
Scope requested:https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — See, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar.
How We Use This Data
To retrieve and display your Google Calendar events directly from Google’s servers in real time within the Kolik dashboard
To allow you to create, update, or delete events in your Google Calendar via the Kolik interface
To synchronize these actions instantly with your Google account
Data Storage and Retention
Kolik does not store any Google Calendar event data on its servers.
All event data is fetched dynamically from Google via the official Calendar API during an active user session.
Only secure OAuth access tokens are stored to enable authorized API communication on your behalf.
These tokens are encrypted, stored securely, and automatically invalidated when you revoke access or disconnect your Google Account.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transmit Google user data to any third party.
Access to Google APIs is used solely to provide the requested calendar synchronization functionality within Kolik.
Revoking Access
You can revoke Kolik’s access to your Google Account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page.
Once access is revoked, Kolik will no longer be able to retrieve or modify your Google Calendar data.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal and organizational data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes secure HTTPS transmission, encrypted token storage, and strict access controls.
